Are you an active girl between the ages of 13 and 21, or someone who supports and mentors them? If so, we invite you to join us for a special one-hour online workshop focusing on training, nutrition, recovery, and overall well-being, tailored with insights related to the menstrual cycle.
Hosted by EduFit’s Dr. Kiera Ward, Exercise Physiologist and Sports Scientist, alongside Ruth Kavanagh, MSc. ANutr., Registered Associate Nutritionist, this workshop is packed with evidence-based information presented in a simple and practical manner. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, coach, teacher, or a caring friend or family member, this session holds valuable insights for you.
