Activator Pole Walking Programme in Ballymote
Ballymote Family Resource Centre, in collaboration with Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership and Healthy Ireland, is delighted to launch a 5-week Activator Pole Walking Programme in Ballymote!
Date: Beginning on the 1st of April, until the 29th of April
Time: Every Tuesday at 10-11am

What is Activator Pole Walking?
Activator Poles are specially designed to improve balance, posture, and mobility while providing a great low-impact exercise for all fitness levels. This programme is ideal for older adults, people with mobility challenges, or anyone looking for a fun and social way to stay active. The session includes a flat walk around Ballymote with strength and mobility exercises along the way, the route will be planned by the instructor tailored to the needs and abilities of participants.
