Time: 11.00am – 12.00pm (8-17 yr olds) & 12.00pm – 1.00pm (Adults)
Location: Sligo Regional Sports Centre, Cleveragh
Cost: €40 (10-week Programme)
A weekly, fun and inclusive 10 week Games programme for people with disabilities taking place every Saturday from 11.00am-12.00pm for 8-17 year olds and 12.00-1.00pm for adults at the Sligo Regional Sports Centre, Cleveragh.
The Games 4 All progamme involves a series of warm-up activities, skills sessions and fun games designed to get the participants active in a safe and fun environment. Each of the sessions is delivered by experienced SSRP coaches with the support of volunteers.
