Games 4 All – January 2023

Date: Saturdays starting 21st January 2023
Time: 11.00am – 12.00pm (12-17 year olds)/ 12.00pm 1.00pm (Adults)
Location: Sligo Regional Sports Centre, Cleveragh
Cost: €40 (10 week Programme)

The Games 4 All progamme involves a series of warm-up activities, skills sessions and fun games designed to get the participants active in a safe and fun environment. Each of the sessions is delivered by experienced SSRP coaches with the support of volunteers.

• Please come prepared to be active.
• Please bring your own water (label if necessary)
• Please ensure adequate supervision if participant requires 1:1 support
• Sessions led by a qualified SSRP coach with support from volunteers.
