Stronger for Longer – Grange
Increasing the number of people who are healthy at all stages of life is a key focus for the SSRP and the programme offers a fun, accessible opportunity for older adults to be physically active and to build strength. In addition to this weekly exercise programme, we are also offering additional workshops on Nutrition and Mindfulness to offer a holistic approach considering all parts of our life, our physical body, our emotional wellbeing and our mental health. This mind-body and holistic view means taking care of all aspects of yourself and making good healthy decisions from a well-rounded perspective.
Programme Schedule
Stronger for Longer Programme will run every Thursday starting from the 30th January from 11.00am-12noon for women, and 12.00noon to 1.00pm for men.
