Activities for All Abilities
Regardless of your ability level or disability, it is vital that you are as active as your ability will allow. Everyone is encouraged to meet the guidelines of 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity at least 5 days of the week for adults and 60 minutes 7 days a week for children. There are lots of inclusive ideas and opportunities available for you to be physically active and stay healthy at home. You can find which activities are right for you by searching below.
Autism Friendly Activities
To support people with Autism Spectrum Disorder during this challenging time why not explore these range of exercises and activities to find activities that appeal to you.

Inclusive Adult Activities
SSRP are connecting with adults of all ability levels to participate in regular exercise at a level of their choice. A number of our key partners have developed some great resources to support you in achieving you daily exercise goals.
