Welcome to the NewWay 5k training page. Below you will be able to download the training plan for the programme you are following.
The various Athletic Clubs have nominated an experienced club member/coach to remotely mentor any participants who require any additional support or advice. The mentors can be contacted directly depending on your location:

Depending on which location you have selected, you will be notified 1 week prior to your timed 5K of the exact time/location for you to walk/jog/run your 5K. If you have selected to complete your 5K in your own time/location at the end of the six weeks then SSRP will link with you directly on this to get confirmation of you having completed the 5K distance. The date scheduled for the timed 5K is Tuesday 28th July.
